Generally in law the plaintiffs intend on pushing things through courts and the defense stalls things out to earn more billable hours.
Can you please explain why you have changed attorneys again? Can you timeline the defense attorneys and why or when you changed to new lawyers.
Also on page 21, paragraph 35: " upon haskin and Simpsons urges and explicit promises that the pvs/sgi source code had been transferred to dfmi, and that all dfi shareholders turned in their stock and received dfmi stock - is there documentation that is notarized and filed with the state to transfer this property or did you just take Simpson and Haskins word?
Also on SI YOU WERE TELLING INVESTORS TO BUY TMMI In 1999 , but it would appear you had these documents can you explain why you were pumping a stock while in possession of these documents which you now claim show tmmi owns none of the vdk codes?
