I'd like to suggest a new passenger class for Balt

I'd like to suggest a new passenger class for Baltia- the elderly class, and make it one class higher than first class! Disch- I believe that you an I are neck and neck as to our maturity and experience. Then again, you can still be elderly with out being mature!
