I do not recall where this kind of public acknowledgement of their existence has taken place in the last 15 years. Outside of promoting an airshow, I interpret this as the sign that the reveal is coming. Once upon a time, there was an extensive marking plan ready to be executed(maybe 2 1/2 years ago). My guess is that this is the very first steps that such a small team can handle - A blog post on an official website.
They will need more than Tony to execute the complete plan I assume, and they will get there. Scalability being a keyword. Remember when the SEC changed the tombstone rule and they were going to do some press, but stopped at the last minute? I can only imagine that they have been saving this playbook and are dusting off the cover so to speak...
