That is unless there are reasons that the moderators feel that the person is really not a new investor at all and is really only pretending to be new in order to start a completely bullshit conversation. Quite common and a tired theme these days.
I did not see the post you are referring to in this case but they are usually as easy to spot as an Nigerian prince wanting you to send him/her money.
