As a person, I liked Peter. He seemed like a nice person and had lots of experience in the area he wanted to take PVEC. My only complaint was how he managed the company in terms of announcing deals before they were actually finalized. This proved to be the downfall of the company. Once the deals started falling through, he needed to borrow more and more money just to keep a float. Then, losing all those court battles resulting in the massive dillution cratered the company. Again, as a person, I really liked him. As a business manager, he made several unrecoverable mistakes.
As to Kerry, I have been involved in several stocks with her and have always been impressed with her. I also know that if she thinks this company is golden, she will persevere even in a background role to move the company forward.
All I am saying is that it is too early to say one way or the other the fate of the CERTs or of Kerry. We need to just wait and see.
