I understand that but anything could happen to eit

I understand that but anything could happen to either party which could put this agreement out the window. Not saying it will but God forbid something happens (health wise, accident, whatever) and this agreement is null & void unless there is something in writing. That's why they have lawyers put these agreements together, just in case.
