At this point I would hope so. it would be the only acceptable reason for the delay. Any other reason would only indicate a problem, especially with the number of folks who have spoken to Garry emphatically stating, "SOON" for the past several months. I've always taken those "SOON"'s to mean that they got from their conversations with Garry that something Garry said gave them confidence that DUTV would see action soon.
Since we've already had financials showing millions in revenue that did not improve the share price, in my estimation, the only thing that would bring DUTV action would be an audit.
So I hope to see an audit or else the only other options are more waiting as a best case scenario or, well I won't mention the worst case scenario.
