AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Aug 4, 2015) - AVEW HOLDINGS INC. (OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced a successful stock restructure with a 1 to 300 reverse stock split. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authorization, Inc. (FINRA) approved the 1 to 300 stock split and approved a corporation name change from Action View International into AVEW Holdings Inc.
The OTC markets will display AVEW Holdings Inc. call letter AVEWD for 20 business days and then revert back to AVEW. FINRA is a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory organization and is the successor to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). It is a non-governmental organization that regulates member brokerage firms exchange markets.
This critical step in AVEW allows the company to further meet OTC:QB filing requirements and will enable the equity markets to raise capital for AVEW's acquisitions and fund AVEW's rapid growth.
AVEW Holdings Inc.'s previous two years financial audits are ongoing and expected to be completed in the month of August. AVEW is also in the process of completing an S1 registration to file as an additional requirement for an OTC:QB up listing from OTC
INK.
