Someone is putting retail short orders through WDC

Someone is putting retail short orders through WDCO while dilution shares may be sold through CDEL or both seems to be shorting taking advantage of the current situation. They should both have at least have 70+ million shares to cover. As soon as everything from last week's PR come fruition this will run. I see it happening from late August throughout 2016. $$$NTEK
