Been a Builder for a while. You build on many things, but the two factors I seem to always come back too was "who & what you know" relationships are what make people repeatedly successful, as well of course their Midas Touch & able to sniff out a winner, and we have all of those resources & Tools, to go to war with the best of them. JMHO on this.
