It's easy to say this or that as a witness on paper and a deposition over the phone. But most won't won't remember what they said previously. The defense will be all over it.

Forced bankruptcy against Treaty is alive and well. All the attorney for the filers will have to present is that Treaty never has had a profitable 10k or 10q. Heck they can't even produce a report when required. Must be covering up the fact they are, IMO BROKE, in capital letters. I know no one can produce a profitable report, if they can they should post it here. Certain the SEC is looking also. Most likely they will have an observer in court also IMO.
