DD NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK:NTEK), announced today it has signed a worldwide software agreement with OUYA, Inc. that enables NanoTech’s award-winning Nuvola NP-1™(now UltraFlix) 4K Ultra HD streaming media player(Service) to have OUYA embedded and featured in the Nuvola(UltraFlix) User Experience. As part of the new OUYA Everywhere initiative, which aims to bring OUYA content to new platforms, the agreement allows NP-1(UltraFlix) users to access hundreds of games, with more added each month.
“During our first year, we’ve worked with emerging and established game developers to bring OUYA users a huge offering of original content,” said Julie Uhrman, CEO and founder of OUYA. “Our OUYA Everywhere initiative is about expanding beyond our hardware to bring these titles into as many living rooms as possible. Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan commented about the acquisition, stating –


“Ouya’s work with game developers, both triple A and indies, went a long way in bringing Android games to the living room and Razer intends to further that work. This acquisition is envisaged to usher more developers and content to the Android TV platform.“
