Sure does make sense. If this were a slam dunk case for them, they would not be defending their actions like they are.
Regardless if the case is dismissed because of the request for dismissal, as long as Treaty files and we get SEC compliant that will put a dent in their cause big time. of course it would be great if it were.
Treaty most likely will be dismissed anyway. The charged have had no connection with Treaty since he fall of 2014. Way before the charges were filed.
