What did anyone expect? Heddle already has a job in another town that takes up all his time and energy, running his shipyard company that he actually cares about.
Real public companies who are in as much trouble as this one need real CEOs who devote a full time, concentrated effort to running them.
It's also no wonder why Heddle can't find anyone on the planet who's willing trash their own reputation by joining the BOD of this joke-of-a-company.
