$BMIX Looking close to buy time again here. I am hoping to add .0001's, maybe .0002's. The variable rate debt should be out of here reasonably soon and with the CEO owning a substantial amount of common shares, the risk of R/S seems minimal; if Goldy has any relationship to insiders such as having a clue as what is buried underneath the ground or even as to the future outcome of one of the JV deals mentioned in regards to sand fracking in a recent release, the risk becomes smaller yet again - then, there is only fixed-floor convertible left which has its ground in the double zeroes, thus giving the lender incentive to push the share price higher in order to get paid. So, it looks like it may be pushed down with retail panic sellers exiting at a loss while shares begin to convert, followed by a consolidation or standstill period in which the diluted shares cause the price to hold steady - which will inevitably wear some investors down- followed once again by a climb to at least the minimal conversion level to meet the first floor from which the lenders may profit.
