It's my understanding that OBG works under contract for money as well and I agree with Hammchuck. Clients hire OBG (for pay, not free) and OBG does engineering work. That's their business which you can see from their website. Just like the electric company provides PTOI's facilities with power in return for money, OBG will happily provide PTOI with engineering services in return for money.
If you feel OBG will have or has some other arrangement with PTOI that isn't simply contract engineering then why don't you explain what you feel that arrangement would be rather than just attacking Hammchuck?? What do you believe OBG would be getting in return for their work if not money?? Equity, part ownership in a joint venture??
