As a 20+ year business owner and executive, I can say without doubt that this first attempt by Green Cures has been a failure. I am mostly disappointed with the revolving door of CEOs who had very little say, Jones less then Calkin, and zero control over the day-to-day operation. Business-wise, it was embarrassing along with the questionable characters Calkin was partnering with.
I would never allow one of my websites to run out of product, especially the one product in CBD, which is the key to sustained revenue. Losing a supplier would be the last thing I would do. If I truly desired to make s go at it, I'd be spending money to make money. We're not seeing that here and it is bothersome.
Rico was a bust and this was substantiated with the disappearance of the website. It was either a test market item, or just a poor attempt at getting into the hemp energy drink business. Hell, you didn't even get your case, and that is unacceptable for a business not to follow through.
With that being said, and being highly disappointed with Green Cures, I do think they can rise again. I do agree with DTL and think that Green Cures is regrouping. The best strategy is to stay silent right now. I am also unsure of where this trading action is coming from and have also read nothing of pump groups, or received any of the standard PMs about hearing this or that. I also think I Glow and his group claiming pump are full of shit, as usual, with nothing to back it.
Ultimately, I wouldn't mind seeing GRCU base in the high 1s, low 2s for a period of time then move on some renewed targets in the fall and like the rest here, I'm still holding and waiting. There's a lot left to this story as the pot boom is still in its infancy.
