Some message boards only allow for a certain degree of negativity so oftentimes the facts are obscured by the cheerleaders. Pink sheet stocks like this are highly speculative and manipulated. Even big board stocks are manipulated to some degree. If you think financials will drive this stock you have two choices; get in early and be a winner if they are good or wait until they are announced and then go long or go short on the news. Retail investors are the pimple on the belly of the stock market. In the end strong fundamentals will win out. In the short term, speculators have their say, up and down, and it becomes a battle of opinion. With no audited financials required, or insider trading reports, or material change reports, you are left at the mercy of order flow. But to place much credence on a stocks movement based on the opinions of a few, that is an easy way to lose. You either get frightened out of your position or sucked into holding it.
