The assholes working for the SEC claim to be protecting shareholders. If so then why don't they work with the TA and DTCC and request an accurate account of certificated shares?
Why don't they audit TECO's share structure and subpoena all the MM/Brokerages that have been marketing TECO'S shares for the last ten years? I personally feel certain SEC agents are in the back pockets of the same group trying to take TECO down. If unlimited funds were available then I would be filing lawsuits left and right and bringing it all out in the open. Overstock.com did it! The following article implies similarities between TECO'S attacks, the existence of Naked Short Selling/FTD'S and Overstock.com's attacks of the past.
I don't think Chris T. and the new BOD will let them win! Nobody is giving up on this TECO fight from either direction! It will get interesting to say the least!
