To tell you the truth, Baltia is on a plane (no pun intended) of its own. If you all can remember they entered the SMS program fully 4 months ahead of any other airline. Not only is that a new playing field but the reporting has taken on a new twist.
Also, remember that the FAA is responsible for the safety of EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON EVERY SINGLE AIRCRAFT that is domiciled in the US as well as the conduct of other aircraft flying in and out if the USA. A HUGE responsibility!
Remember also, and you can go back to every post the LT scripted and follow the FAA, Boeing, Aircraft Inflatables, Kalitta Air and Baltia had in their huge undertaking to crack the code of the 37% failure rate on evacuation slides industry wide! This included not only the packing of the slides where negligence may have been a factor but also the failure of some of the ancillary equipment. This includes the uniformity and maintenance of said equipment, the door calibration and a host of other issues that were studied and analyzed on Baltia's dime for the benefit of the entire industry.
The fact that the crew once again broke records and could indeed be used in the training of other airlines crews is a huge bonus.
The FAA isn't some archaic, dark entity that is selective in who they chose to certify, but a top notch agency of the USA! And we are STILL the greatest country on earth. We are STILL AMERICA!!
All of these factors are part and parcel of a report that will give Baltia the RIGHT to be America;s newest airline in spite of what the neutered peons that try to bust into our family claims.
Patience, which we have all learned is the keys to greatness will allow this to play out to a successful conclusion.
Persistence beats resistance. Just a little bit longer and Choovers baby gets a ready made college fund!
