It should be all up from here. The pps was only driven down in the first place initially by shorting assisted by paid bashers posting nonsense / lies on the other board continually since September last year and then a few investors / opportunist low level flippers deciding to sell when it went below .0010.
It is a great shame the CEO did not pursue those responsible for damaging the reputation of the company in the same way the CEO of another stock has done just recently. In that case there are now 3 felony arrest warrants issued !
INCC appears to be very thin to the upside now.
Only 4.26M was required to buy out the .001 level on the ask.
Nothing was available at .0011 on the ask and .731M was bought at .0012 on the ask leaving only .3M at the close.
Only 1M was picked up on the bid at .0011.
I believe that a significant portion of the float that can actually be traded may be in the hands of longs now who will not be selling anytime soon regardless of the outcome of the water decision, since the hemp part of the business will be more profitable anyway and delivering results almost immediately.
