logically Enigma is either still choosing among possible investor suitors for financing or is negotiating details of such financing
reportedly Mr Chalk has has investment offers in the past but they were typically shark offers
shark offers can be done fast because it means just saying uncle to the draconian conditions in such offers,which would mean the shark gets all the profit off of your decades of hard work and would lead to nothing but future trouble
so as Doubloon says Mr Chalk is carefully choosing
so have patience -i can guarantee there are no magic pills in life but many tend to want that instant magic pill -which just doesnt exist in real life

i thought since the May 8k contemplated a closing of june 30 that they already had investors lined up -they may have or they may have decided not to go w some of said investors or simply taking longer to negotiate w such than expected
due to humans unprecedented unfathomable bottomless greed it takes TIME to negotiate deals which are fair to all parties -those who have never been negotiators dont understand this
well just look at how long it takes for homes in your area to sell- in many areas it often takes 2-3 years

but when you have years of research and patents -possibly the culmination of a lifetimes work,what do u want to do
