DSUS Provides Corporate Update: HQ Moves to Michigan; Villiotis Contract Canceled.

Fenton, Michigan, July 29, 2015: Drone Services USA, Inc. (The “Company”) (DSUS)
DSUS Provides Corporate Update:
On July 27, 2015, the Company and former CEO, Peter Villiotis, mutually agreed to terminate the consultancy agreement between the parties. Effective immediately, the consultancy agreement, dated
April 27, 2015, is terminated. No compensation package or other financial arrangements were requested or offered.
Mr. Villiotis’s 90 day post resignation affiliation with the Company completes today, July 29, 2015.
Additionally, the Company is pleased to announce it has completed the first step in relocating the Company headquarters from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the Flint, Michigan, USA area. The Company plans to have several locations in the state of Michigan as well an office in Texas. “After careful consideration the company has determined it is in its best interest to relocate our headquarters from Florida to Michigan. We have been extraordinarily busy tying up loose ends while remaining focused on what we as a team feel is essential in moving DSUSA forward and securing shareholder confidence. This is one of many milestones and strategic moves the Company will be announcing.” Says Joel Bredow, CEO & President.
