For any interested party, FWDG is the only Company Representative on this board. We are also dissatisfied with the off topic posts and are currently in talks with InvestorHangout Admin's to gain an active moderator to keep the board on topic. This is the main reason we are no longer providing Company approved information to IHUB.

We understand there are many questions by many investors however most have already been answered in previous PR's, Social Media Posts or there is not a more current update to give you.

Financials are being prepared and will be submitted to the SEC within the given time frame, these are not delinquent.

The S1 is in its final stages, however to complete and file an accurate S1 many hands must be involved and it takes time. FWDG is remaining active in this process and hope you understand.

Yes, CB Scientific is getting prepared to launch a bigger better Detection Kit which will substantially boost shareholder interest. Why we tell you before it launches, to keep you informed and show our respect for a FWDG shareholder.
