Again, I truly believe the first year was a relatively long term marketing test. Maybe to gain some marketing analysis for future funding in a brand new industry. These Cruz conversations others have heard second hand don't convince me of anything otherwise.
I think they are planning phase 2 and the only other conclusion I can come to is I invested in a group of complete idiots. "Complete idiots" isn't out of the question but I prefer to think I've invested in the first scenario. We might never know the whole story but Cruz has been and continues to be successful in residential and commercial real estate. That doesn't indicate an idiot to me. Time will tell!
