NTEK SHAREHOLDERS-- Minutes ago I sent Peter an EM citing my frustrations with all their delays in getting content uploaded and their seemingly never ending string of broken promises with respect to SH updates (mostbly Monday's fiasco)
Maybe if I had only a small $$ amount invested here (5-10K) I would not even bother but with well over 100K into this I could not let this go. The prior time I emailed Peter, I received a reply back from DF (before his incarceration) confirming that the Co acknowledged my concerns as a SH. Believe me I am not bragging regarding my share count as I am down approx 40K.
If investors hear do not believe management reads SH correspondence and only sends it off immediately to IR, well you are wrong. So I encourage all to write call whatever. I even advised Peter I initially was not planning on attending the SH meeting but given Monday's SH update (that never materialized) I now had growing concerns about the safety of my investment and that I was eager to meet him in person.
Still expect 1-2 big announcements prior to SH meeting but they certainly do not make it easy on investors now do they?
Good, I feel better already after contacting Mgt and again I encourage all investors to do the same.
