HAVE I GOT THIS RIGHT JAY: The code never left
Post# of 1084
The code never left DFI. Iterated did the deal between itself, TMMI and DFI. The code was handed over to DFI to be further developed by DFI on behalf of TMMI which it spent tens of millions of dollars developing. The agreement was done under the premise that TMMI would acquire DFI. The 29 shareholders raised their $500,000 by selling TMMI stock. Everyone got greedy and tried to rip off TMMI and its 8,000 shareholders by stealing the code. Now that TMMI's 8,000 shareholders have proper representation and the company has competent management the problems of the past have been cleared up. TMMI owns 100% of DFI and 100% of the fractal code.
It was and still is TMMI's code, in all over $40,000,000 was spent on it and the hybrid codec. 29 thieves did not get hold of it for pocket change, ripping off 8,000 honest shareholders.
