No,it's just what is called a summary of dismissal but how we word it makes some nervous that it could really happen.
The date is not till Aug 12th, unless the SEC answers it, which they have 21 days to do so, according to DDD / D Hallin.
If one shred of this is true the SEC is in a real fluster cuck. I hooe Treaty can prove all, if not some of the allegations they are claiming.
