His poooooster must be a little tight right knowing the Feds are investigating him for stock manipulation and fraud. And yes, The SEC has the Blue Sheets, e-mail, phone records, etc ... You did know that communicating with a Federal Agency and Samantha Cox the records are easily obtainable Right ? The may even have photo of you and her together .
