Finally something interesting to read!
I was afraid all the posts would always be total fight craps between pros and cons teams!
So it seems in summary that mr Howart has provided Canwealth Mineral with 165 claims that are all paid until the end of this year.
In order for Canwealth to keep these claims a payment of roughly $200,000 must be made to Mr Howart.
When is that payment due?
This information definitely clarifies that all the claims are granted until the end of this year AND. That it is NOT necessary to start any drilling g in order to retain these claims, unlike some people do believe.
The big questions I have are:
1. If nothing happens for Canwealth symbol before the end of the year, how will Garth be able to fork out the required $200,000 to keep the claims?
2. If a symbol is provided and Canwealth starts treading, what will the revenues be? Obviously there would be none for quite some time I would think.
3. Would Garth be allowed to utilise any funding generated by the sales of the common stock, assuming it follows a good direction and investors are willing to buy?
4. I would think that if a teading symbol is provided that Garth is REALLY already in talks with potential mining companies ready to step in with their resources being knowledge, funds, equipment and human power.
