Hi guys I'm not too good with the charts but when

Hi guys I'm not too good with the charts but when I show my friend about this stock he looked it up for me and told me that he thinks it can go up to $.03+ in like a week. He also told me the 50MA line is about to cross 200MA and he told me that is a golden cross on the 30 minutes chart. Anybody have any idea? Thanks in advance! I'm glad I found such a positive group here.
