Maybe they shook hands over a beer. A slight delay in registration and a Canadian family that doesn't care for strangers (that don't work for a government agency or regulating body of any kind) prying into their affairs. BIG DEAL!! I doubt if any long investors will forget about the deal with RMH Canada, so if it doesn't unfold (for the most part) as described in the press release, I'm sure they'll come forth with details of what happened and any appropriate adjustments to the path forward in Canada. I wouldn't be surprised at all if a private deal was inked for the order that wasn't contingent on the distribution company being registered anyhow. If the dist. arrangement fell through it wouldn't much matter for the order as long as the check cleared, and the only issue then would be making new distribution arrangements for Canada. I'm pretty sure the RMH team can handle it.
