Nobody demands that Heddle gives an explanation, and holds himself accountable, for putting out contradictory PRs, first indicating that the processors working, and then indicating they had been broken down for months. He was lying in either the positive or negative PRs, which is willful fraud against us shareholders. Nobody cares about that.
Nobody cares that Heddle told us that potential buyers were lining up to buy processors back in 2013. Two years later, and nothing from the company. We shareholders, who own the company, are legally entitled to know what happened to all those potential buyers who were lining up two years ago. Either Heddle was bullshitting us, or there is some big problem with the processors. Not disclosing that material information amounts to more willful fraud perpetrated by the company on us shareholders.
Nobody cares about any of that. But hey, let's harp one this one single phrase from Heddle from months ago: "Lastly, I am also pleased to inform you that P2O intends to engage O’Brien & Gere"
Well, if that's such a revolutionary all-important intent, then it's material whether or not Heddle fulfilled this intention of his. It's been three months. Why won't he tell us? More bullshit to keep the last of us suckers from dumping our shares?
