Thank you for your email. You are correct that Mr. Villiotis's affiliation period with DSUSA ends on 29 July. This period was designated in the agreement between the former CEO and DSUSA during the R/M. The 90 day period began when the company accepted Mr. Villiotis's resignation on 29 April. It has been during this period that DSUSA sought to work with Mr. Villiotis while the company moved forward to transition its headquarters to Fort Lauderdale, where the previous PVEC was located. However, after careful consideration, the company has determined that it is not in the best interest of DSUSA to house its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale where Mr. Villiotis will remain.
We expect to confirm that Mr. Villiotis's affiliation period has ended as well as provide further company updates on the website very soon.
