Just need to forget the survey. Tell us how to redeem then do it. Surveys may take another 4 to 5 months unless they hire a temp to assist in mailing. Then they will wait or them to be mailed back. I think the deadline will be scapegoat and it is all out of our control. Just gotta have faith at this point. Lot of people have 5 to 6 figures in certs.
