Next month at this time the second 90 day time line (ending 7/31) will be in the rear view mirror without a processor sale to EcoNav nor to either of the two secret potential customers. By that time Mr. Heddle should have put out some more razzle dazzle about progress and success, followed by unveiling the next chapter in this never-ending story on the road to processor sales or results. My guess is the next carrot will be either "soon" or sometime in the fourth quarter.

I suspect most investors already realize that something is very wrong at PTOI but are just holding onto their shares as a "lottery ticket."
