$TPAC The 8k due out tomorrow or the following day -those dates respectively being either the 22nd or 23rd of July - will be the immediate telltale sign of transparency and execution of promise by the CEO. While there is doubt in the air, it seems most probable that the 8k will come out in a timely manner - sometime between pre-market on the 22nd and after hours on the 23rd. The company has satisfied all other outstanding debts and has spent millions over the course of a number of years for NAVAIR certification and other certs such as the AS- 81820, etc; and despite the outcome of the Timken arrangement, it was in fact real, just ill-timed by an eager CEO under the pressure of outside influence. To think that the company can do all of this in a satisfactory manner, it would seem very likely that they can satisfy a $66k debt. That amount seems like a petty price to pay for aerospace veterans to round up in order for their company to be free of toxic debt. Considering there are insiders here with shares, paying the debt and gaining investor confidence would be the desirable outcome of those holding positions and looking for gains; and also in consideration that no filings of sale have been released by insiders, one can easily draw the conclusion that we are dealing with patient individuals in possession of a thought process and vision longer in duration than that of the emotional trader or quick scammer. There seems to be little reason why this will not go through. Of course, anything is possible when it is a penny stock, but the odds seem very much in favor of the company and its respective investors. Good luck to all here; still holding all shares long - 20M+.
