I do understand all that.But there is a fine balance between keeping things secret and down right keeping us investors in the dark. My long time frustration is building up and since i cannot be a positive voice of support to Cavanaugh i want to know things.
There will always be lawsuits and competitors who are eventually your business enemies but guess what to stay quiet will bury this company because they will IMO get no where with The CEO
Come on Apple.really they can do what they want when they have 75 billion in cash.TMMI financials well we are not so fortunate.
What ever happened to our Audit which was just weeks away from making us fully reporting .This started last may so its been over a year.That to me is concerning that a company cannot get its books in order .Whats the hold up.
This creates a flag of concern also
I will agree to disagree i feel we have the right to be told what they are doing.
How can we keep hoping for contracts if we no longer know exactly what it is our supposed code is doing.
Contracts well we have heard about dangling the carrot to the horse long enough i need to have some more meat not just new releases that as far as we know mean nothing as it relates to $$$$$.
To be honest as of lately i am getting more in line with if in 6 months we don't see anything i mean anything i am selling all my TMMI because to me either they will run out of money with development cost and cannot see anyone else stepping up .
If Trupix is not fractal based this would be another scary point because all our funds were there to enhance development of fractal code.As we were told then to find out that they chose to take our money then go to alternate code well i invested in FRACTAL TECH not another alogrithim which i am sure someone will have already had some sort of claim.
How can we continue to keep buying there hope when what is it.
So in short you are correct if in 6 months this management either presents the goods or else i will be surprised if they still have money to develop and cover all legal costs but as it realates to me and my shares i will be gone.

I cant say for sure but can anyone provide hard facts why they think the company will survive this complete lack of sharing info.
