here's one reason .. if they hadn't *utilized* the (imo) last of that 1M cert
(or damn close to it) .. via yesterday's clearly duplicated *trades* for *volume*
PTOI would have had a YOY GREEN % today ..
all that effort for *maintenance* .. simply fascinating
and it explains the anger in play by those sub tiers
and notice .. their inability to do follow thru volume
reminder @ the back half of May .. i was noting their dance
of the algos specific to triggering threshold on PTOI
which is why i do suspect that the original colluding entity
was *forced* to sell (presumably pre cert becoming unrestricted)
that 200k block @ 0637 .. with the stock immediately being taken
back up from 6-7 to 8-9 .. notice too when zero reg sho becomes SOP
and when ATS Dark Pool goes sub 30% (week of 6.15.15) which is
the last week of data we have to digest .. if that cert became unrestricted
say 6.15.15 (reminder Pacer updates noted due to legals' fees paid) on
12.18.15 .. i'd say the *odds* are better than good that >> *1M cert*
was in play between Monday 12.15 to Wed 12.17 (2014)
PTOI's stock manipulation has been at times a carefully orchestrated *ruse* >> but
it's also been beyond sloppy at various points in time ..
that said .. *cert holder* must have *significant* other issues at hand if he's been
*forced* to sell (after loaning out) 1M at sub 10c ..
that is either stunningly stupid .. or *caught* .. and i'm not just talking about being on camera
it also explains the subbies' (sub tiers of original crew) and their ever rising *anger*
