I have zero knowledge of how airlines choose their acquisition targets, but I would imagine Baltia's value would be restricted to the 3-year exclusivity of the St Petersburg-JFK route. N706BL doesn't fit into Delta's fleet (I think, I could easily be wrong about that). Regardless, I think Baltia could easily get a $2-3 billion offer within 6-12 months of certification if the business is highly profitable.
