DennyD listen! Actually LISTEN! This is Fact!
I am not sure where you came up with this RIDICULOUS IDEA, that the Short term Share Price Doesn't Matter, and is not going to affect the LONG TERM SHARE AMOUNT AND PRICE!
1. NTEK is using shares to acquire Content (you realize this correct)
2. The Company's are being paid in shares (as in Dollar amounts, but with shares)
3. So long term, they are going to be paying TWICE as many shares for content, IF THE PPS is at 50% of what it should be!
4. Long term, the amount of shares, is going to increase more and more, if the PPS is not fixed, and brought up to a reasonable level!
So I am DEAD ON THE MARK! and PPS is important!
Not to mention the fact of new 52 week lows, hitting a few times HAS SCARED AWAY SOME INVESTORS, which also helps lower the PPS!
Realize Many of the People want Cheaper Shares, and ARE shorts or Bashers, so them agreeing with you is not a good thing!
I have seen companies ruined, by longs, letting the Shorts lower the stock, so they COULD PICK UP CHEAPIES!
But the Company is USING THESE "CHEAPIES", to ACQUIRE CONTENT! So the company is paying EXTRA, and may even be charged more, the lower the shares go, because it is Riskier!
NTEK loading Movies on time, a day late, a week late, has no REWARDS or PUNISHMENTS in REALITY!
Be more careful, who you are happy agrees with you as well!

this movie deadline, when met will produce nothing! Because, no one was really that into this, they just started using this as a new excuse to attack NTEK!
