I agree Digital Witness, looks as the motion for Disposition is for doc 5. In the States a motion for summary disposition would be standard, it is an easy and cheap attempt to get a case dismissed. In many cases it is a Hail Mary attempt, why wouldn't anybody give it a shot. However it could get granted if there isn't a good enough case to move on with a trial.
