When at WAR the defense always seeks to have the case dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, or because there is no valid CLAIM.
This is not the end.
The court is assessing Jurisdiction to hear the case, and whether or not there is a valid claim for the court to HEAR.
If the court decides there is in fact a claim to be heard than expect a settlement. In hearing this Motion the court does not have jurisdiction to grant the relief sought by BILL at this point.
To Motion is only to asses whether or not a claim exists.
Getting over these Motions are very hard. SO take this Motion and the courts answer very seriously.
TIC..........TOC..........the case is now before the court to asses whether or not a claim and jurisdiction exists.
