The reason for Buying Back two Years ago, would Be the Same Reason for Buying Back NOW!
If you have 2 Million Dollars, and a Company that is WORTH.....
20 MILLION, 30 MILLION, 50 MILLION... or whatever it's "TRUE VALUE" is...
Then you Buyback the shares, at a VALUATION of 7 Million or 8 Million..... I am sure they have not only "discussed it", but have decided upon a Number when a BUYBACK is the BEST course of ACTION!
Remember after a BUYBACK, NTEK could then, use shares to acquire content, but the shares, would be valued at probably at least 2Times the Current Valuation!
So they would increase the PPS... Still Maintain their Ability (Actually Increase their purchasing power with Shares)
It is a Winning Situation in every way!
Only Someone who knows nothing about Business, and/or is Naïve...
Would think that this is not BEING DISCUSSED DMORE and MORE, with every passing DAY, as the PPS suffers!
I am expecting Huge things from NTEK, before the Shareholder Meeting, AT the Shareholder Meeting, and After the Shareholder Meeting!
When they decide to announce it, is too complex, since I do not know all of the companies and moving parts involved,
