100% Irresponsible if BUYBACK NOT Discussed!
I would be 100% SHOCKED if the Company has not TALKED ABOUT, CONSIDERED...
AND MOST LIKELY EVEN set a PPS at WHICH they WOULD CONSIDER (IF NOT START A BUYBACK)!
It would be Completely IRRESPONSIBLE for the Company to not DISCUSS EVERY WAY OF EXPANDING, INCREASING the value of, and INCREASING SHARE HOLDER VALUE!
NTEK knows what Content and Acquisitions they are making! If their Acquisitions are making their Companies Value INCREASE Tremendously. Then They have to way the options of a BUYBACK!
If they can BUYBACK 25% of the Company for only 2 Million Dollars, and they know the Company is worth More then double or triple this... Of course THE COMPANY HAS DISCUSED this and SHOULD DO SO IF POSSIBLE!
You do realize that a BUYBACK of 25% of the Shares, would send the Company's PPS up MUCH MORE THEN 25% RIGHT?
This would also mean that they would have to use, far less Shares in the Future to acquire Assets! You are being Completely Naïve, if you think that ALL BUSINESSES do not discuss these things, and figure out when they may have t step in if PPS gets to a certain LEVEL!
