With regard to the incessant ridiculous accusations, including this post:
That is an absolute lie. I know none of these people he refers to and NOTHING of these charges/activities against these persons. His allegations are so far removed from the truth it amazes me. There is not one shred of evidence to substantiate his "possibly" claim. " The prosecution merely elected not to pursue the charges at this time". The charges should never have been filed!!!
You people can push your tyrannical agendas 24/7, spewing as much and as often as you like. You know nothing of the truth thus why you hide behind your anonymity. However, you will one day, in the not-so-distant-future, answer for your lies, abuse & crimes.
The time is nigh for this cyber bully and his like-minded fiends (similar criminals) to answer for the damage they do.
The thought that a company or its representatives cannot publicly defend self against such attacks is un-American. My family and other loved ones did not serve this country's military and its citizens to be bullied by tyrants. I will not stop in defending myself, my family and this company against these rogues who have no other interest but the interest of self.

The prosecution merely elected not to pursue the charges at this time, possibly in exchange for information or testimony against one or more of the other Thackers with histories of drug trafficking / manufacture / distribution and dealing in stolen goods. The prosecution may, at it's sole discretion, reinstate criminal proceedings under the same charges.
