i long ago learned to separate out the *orchestrated* PPS from the legitimacy of the OTC companies' targeted
why that *eludes* the CON side of the crew still working the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
only they can answer ..
i suspect it's the only area they have left myself ..
cause when that 1M cert goes bye bye (and i CANT believe the egregious stupidity
of selling 1M @ sub 10c .. but so be it) .. there is nothing left
every colluding entity has been outlasted
first/last/overlapping
and they've been outlasted on an issued and outstanding of less than 125M shares @ the 6+ year mark
do the DD and discover just how *rare* that is ..
and then click on P2O's website and note exactly what came to pass from 2009 to 2013
