A Billion Dollars, is no longer For Huge Established Companies Only,

As Winston Mentioned, Blockbuster chose not to buy Netflix, now they are out of Business! Companies like Facebook, have realized, to stay on top, you need to buy New companies that could threaten your revenue stream, and also expand your Business at the same time!
