Currently, Companies OVERPAY to ACQUIRE Companies!
This is especially true in the tech Industry!
Take a look at WhatsApp, And companies acquired by Facebook, Google, Yahoo...
A Billion Dollars, is no longer For Huge Established Companies Only,
NTEK's Future Promise and Possible Revenue Growth, along with the Cost of NOT ACQUIRING a Company, is what they Consider!
As Winston Mentioned, Blockbuster chose not to buy Netflix, now they are out of Business! Companies like Facebook, have realized, to stay on top, you need to buy New companies that could threaten your revenue stream, and also expand your Business at the same time!
I have Said many times.. NTEk will end up GETTING MANY OFFERS, Not only because the company wants NTEK's Technology and Assets, but they also do not want their Competitor's to get Ntek!
