I am not certain where you are going with this but $50mm would not even get Peter out of bed to answer the call. Many insiders are underwater and it would take a lot more for this GEM. Nevertheless, your point that somebody will have high interest in acquiring, merging, or partnering with NTEK holds merit. From a strategic perspective a company like Netflix would be asking these questions:
Where can I get the capabilbilities, technical expertise, and vision for this technology?
Who is now ahead of the pack in this technology and who might be considered an agent for future disruptive technology?
How might we benefit if the company was a partner rather than a competitor?
The next two months will be a critical timeframe for NTEK as they will be scrutenized as to their capabilies, content, business model, and quality. UHD is growing exponentially and the big boys like Netflix will be finalizing their plans if they have not done so already. This will be the "one time to get it right" time as the whole 4k world will be watching. Whether we go it alone with partners, merge, or are acquired I am counting on our management team to come through during these next months in bringing Ultraflix to the next level. These folks have stayed with this ship through many storms and seem committed to seeing this through. Now let's get these 100 movies uploaded this week! NTEK
