the real pattern in play in the OTC is almost every co.'s stock is orchestrated
and zero doubts the dolts (SEC) know it
so what are their options .. admit publicly that when they *grandfathered* FTDs
a decade ago .. that little experiment with SROs (self regulating organizations)
was a dismal failure >> cause *reporting* was left up to those who *could* outlast *retail*?
and make *bank* .. hand over fist .. or be utilized (because they are all for hire)
by others .. who also understood how to *outlast* by any means necessary
gee i doubt that would come as much of a shock to *aware retail and OTC mgmt teams*
and with all those lovely *implosions* >> PENSON/KNIGHT .. and *glitches*
since *grandfathering* FTDs
it's clear *change* will come about with glacial movement out of the dolts
which is why .. only those *mgmt* teams .. who can *outlast* will *imo* succeed
because they will only remove a layer of *endemic rot* with all publicly traded
stox .. being electronically tagged .. and *requiring* >> hard locates so that
stock is actually returned b4 being *reused* ..
zero doubts within the next 5 to 10 years .. the SEC (after the next several rounds of *crashes/glitches*)
eventually does implement a re-grandfathering on all FTDs ..
which is exactly what those who illegally manipulate are counting on
nothing like wiping out *accountability*
that is why it never hurts to have an aware retail investor and understand the rigged game
which imo P2O clearly does .. which is why the *efforts* since RH's install as Ceo >> re: trolls .. have become almost amusing
everyone who wanted out of P2O .. has long since *SOLD* .. JAN 2014's
*volume* comes to mind .. even with wash trading
certain aromatics within the 2nd *colluding* entity shorted *imo* offshore
and that kicked in almost immediately (threshold triggered 10 days in June 2012)
but clearly was noticeable to this chart challenged retail investor by Sept 2012
and with one exception .. dutifully documented and *stopped* out @ a price point
also *called* in advance >> Jan 2013 re: dolts settlement
that was over 2.5 years ago
